The Tata Tigor EV is currently priced in India from Rs 11.99 lakh, ex-showroom. 

Mahindra e-Verito

Next, we have the Mahindra e-Verito. The Mahindra e-Verito was one of the first electric cars to be introduced in India. However, it doesn’t sell in good numbers. The Mahindra e-Verito is offered with a 72V lithium-ion battery pack paired with an electric motor that develops 41 PS of power and 91 Nm of torque. The company claims a driving range of 110 km per full charge and it is currently priced in India from Rs 10.16 lakh, ex-showroom. 

Tata Nexon EV

Finally, the last EV on this list is also the best EV under Rs 20 lakh in India today. The Tata Nexon EV is currently the best affordable electric car in India. It is offered with a 30.2kWh lithium-ion battery pack that is paired with an electric motor. This EV churns out 130 PS of power and 245 Nm of torque. The company claims a driving range of 312 km per charge. The Tata Nexon EV is currently priced in India from Rs 14.29 lakh, ex-showroom.
